Before you ask

Do I need to already have a GoHighLevel account?

Yes. I configure funnels, pipelines, and workflows inside a GHL sub-account you own or your agency provides — I don't sell or resell GHL licenses. If you're deciding whether to sign up, mention that in the form and I'll tell you exactly what plan level the build needs.

How do you get access to build it?

You add me as a user on the relevant sub-account (GHL supports role-scoped user access), or grant access however your agency normally does it for contractors. No account credentials need to be shared in plain text.

What if my project doesn't fit a package?

Describe it in the form. If it's bigger than a Launch or Growth scope — multi-location accounts, CRM migrations, membership areas — I quote it at $65/hr with a not-to-exceed estimate before starting.

How does payment work?

Fixed-price packages are invoiced 50% to start, 50% on handoff. Pay by hosted card/bank invoice (Melio) or by crypto (USDC/USDT/ETH on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, or Polygon) — both options are shown next to the form below, and every invoice carries a reference number to quote in your payment memo.

What's not included?

Copywriting beyond template-level automation messages, paid ad setup, custom API/Zapier integrations, and design assets (logos, brand photography) are out of scope unless added as custom hours.

I read every enquiry personally and reply within 24 hours (often same day) with either a scope confirmation for your package or a couple of clarifying questions.

Payment is arranged after scope is confirmed: 50% to start, 50% on handoff. Every invoice carries a reference number (e.g. INV-0003) — quote it in your payment note/memo so it's matched automatically. No card details are ever collected on this page; cards are entered on the payment provider's own hosted page.
